Prison Project

Establishment of a vegetable garden with boys from a juvenile detention center. This allowed them to develop skills they could use after their release to support themselves and their families in the dry lands of Arua.

Seed Project – for Widows

A seed project in 2020 with widows and single mothers. We distributed seeds and seedlings and taught them how to cultivate them. There is a lack of knowledge about growing crops, which is why we have now purchased land for an agricultural training center.

Refugee Camp

Teaching skills for self-determination, goal-setting, and hygiene in a South Sudanese refugee camp. Due to war, more than 1 million refugees from South Sudan are living in Uganda. Most of them are women and children.
